Over the last decade, I've helped B2B SaaS Startups companies scale revenues from 1M-$50M+ ARR (even working with some outliers like Salesforce).
When working with Startups often the organization starts out by having all the sales led by the founder and its hard for the founder to get out of these motions so they can start looking at growing the business through bringing on other key members of the executive team or individual contributors who can.
My experience has allowed me provide the insight and systems to help the founder be more efficient so they are able to handle sales and grow the business all the way through to eventually phasing themselves out of sales conversations.
Quite often the companies I work with are profitable and have received their first round of funding or on to the next round and therefore posting numbers and having a system to get there is even more important. Just as important as having a system for getting there is making sure that you have the support you need so you can focus on bringing on the right members of your team while the revenue engine is still humming and that when those key hires come in that they have they have the time needed to properly focus on creating and executing in their role while the foundation for producing revenue keeps working for them.
Currently I run a boutique advisory firm for SaaS companies where the Founder is the primary sales person and needs help replicating their success before bringing on a team to scale.
